Structure of Our Consultations

🏥 New Clients

Our initial visit includes a comprehensive intake covering your lifestyle, daily routine, sleep patterns, diet, nutrition, and any current supplements or medications. This visit typically lasts 45 minutes -1.5 hours and a recommendation/protocol summary will be uploaded to your portal within 24 hours. 

🔄 Established Clients

Follow-up appointments generally last 15 - 30 minutes, depending on your needs. However, if you need more time, we will definitely accommodate that. We don't like to rush you.

💻 Clients (Out of State)

Consultations are offered exclusively as health coaching. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the understanding that we are not acting in the capacity of a "doctor," and you are not considered a medical patient nor under our licensed medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for clients outside the state. However, we are here to support your wellness journey through:

• Personalized lifestyle protocols

• Dietary and nutritional guidance

• Lab interpretation (you will have to order your own labs - we will be offering a service to order your own directly from our website!)

• Supplement recommendations based on Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and holistic wellness principles
