This website is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Use of this site does not establish a doctor-patient relationship unless explicitly stated in writing within the context of a licensed medical appointment in the state of Arizona.

2. Scope of Practice

• Arizona Residents: Medical services are provided by Dr. Daniel Nola, a licensed Naturopathic Physician in Arizona. This includes diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions under the Arizona scope of practice.

• Non-Arizona Residents: Services provided to clients located outside Arizona are strictly limited to health coaching, Ayurveda consultation, and holistic nutrition education. These services do not include diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Health coaching services offered outside Arizona are for educational and wellness support purposes only. No medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription will be provided. You should consult your licensed healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information you provide is protected and never sold or shared. For patients receiving licensed medical care, HIPAA-compliant platforms (such as Charm EHR) are used to store protected health information (PHI).

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are due at the time of booking or service. Coaching and consultation fees are non-refundable once a session is completed. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Rasa Natural Medicine. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using this website or participating in services, you agree that Rasa Natural Medicine and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use or misuse of information or services.
