Welcome to Rasa Natural Medicine. By accessing or using this website, services, or materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

1. Use of Website and Services

This website is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Use of this site does not establish a doctor-patient relationship unless explicitly stated in writing within the context of a licensed medical appointment in the state of Arizona.

2. Scope of Practice & State Disclosure

• Arizona Residents: Medical services are provided by Dr. Daniel Nola, a licensed Naturopathic Physician in Arizona. This includes diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions under the Arizona scope of practice.

• Non-Arizona Residents: Services provided to clients located outside Arizona are strictly limited to health coaching, Ayurveda consultation, and holistic nutrition education. These services are educational in nature and do not include diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. A doctor-patient relationship is only established for residents within the state of Arizona receiving naturopathic care.

3. Membership Fees & Stripe Authorization

By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following financial terms:

• Annual Membership: $300.00 (Flat rate or $25.00/month for 12 months).

• 6-Month Membership: $165.00 (Flat rate or $27.50/month for 6 months).

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize Rasa Natural Medicine to charge your card for the selected fee, including recurring charges for monthly plans until the term is complete.

• Tax-Inclusive Pricing: Rates are inclusive of all applicable state sales or transaction privilege taxes. The price displayed is the final price paid.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are due at the time of booking or service. Coaching and consultation fees are non-refundable once a session is completed.

• Membership Commitment: To maintain our flat-rate structure, no pro-rated refunds are issued for memberships canceled prior to the end of the 6 or 12-month term.

• Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

5. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy. Information provided is protected and never sold. For patients receiving licensed medical care, HIPAA-compliant platforms (such as Practice Better or Charm EHR) are used to store protected health information (PHI) as outlined in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

6. Intellectual Property & Liability

All content on this website is the intellectual property of Rasa Natural Medicine. By using this site or participating in services, you agree that Rasa Natural Medicine and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use or misuse of information or services.
